How the farm system worksInsured
Before a PM starts, we have in force workers’ comp, general liability, E&O and EPLI. You are named additional insured on our GL, with a COI on request.
Insurance and COIThe fee
6% of each job’s gross. That’s it.
Not your profit: the contract value both sides can see. It covers the PM’s salary, benefits, payroll tax, workers’ comp, our insurance, recruiting, training, and a replacement if a PM isn’t a fit.
